How unfortunate about the nest being robbed, but predators are everywhere even in the bird world. It will be interesting to read and see if the candy eggs are taken. Belated Easter wishes to you as well.

This is such a sweet post, Charlotte.Thank you for your kind words about my son and his family moving across the country. Hubby and I have come full-circle and are now being lead with pure joy and excitement for our son and all the possibilities that are ahead. We are already talking about road trips!
Charlotte, are you doing okay? I know how difficult it is to post; dang near impossible especially now that I've got the farm up for sale. Never enough time to farm and now I've added moving to the mix. God willing -lol-.
