Hi Sweetie Pie! What are you doing to keep from wilting in this heat wave?
This is what I feel like in this weather:
Dried leaves |
Here is what I do to stay cool: Stay under a good fan.
If outside, stay under an umbrella:
Drink lots of cold drinks:
Go swimming:
Taken with my cell phone |
Or if you can't go swimming try looking at pictures of snow covered yards:
I tinted these snow pictures with a blue overlay to further the feeling of coolness.
You are welcome.
Pray for rain to quench our land and animals.
Have a marvelous weekend, my friends and stay cool. XOXO

GOD keep you all safe and cool.
I crank the ac down to 73 and read! I like to be cool. Oh, and a glass of sweet tea with lemon or lime helps!!
Keep cool!
Best,
Bonnie
YES!! Praying for rain for man, beast, animals and plants. Neat picture of your fan and love your sign in the background.
Continue to stay cool :-}}
It's our monsoon season here in AZ, which means we get humidity along with triple digits (106 right now), so unless you can just stay in the pool, there is no comfort to be had outside at all. I'm not really complaining, because it's a great time to do indoor projects -- lots of sewing going on during this time. I also love to watch movies that occur in cold, snowy weather -- seriously, it helps!

It's hot here too so I've been staying inside (especially since AC in car went out!) Yesterday at horseback riding, Mo had heat issues during lessons. Fortunately he slid from his horse instead of falling off. Thankfully, he recovered and I took all four to a friend's swimming pool.
I'd love to send you some of the rain and cooler (80s) temps we've been having. You gave some wonderful ideas to keep cool! Hang in there, fall will be upon us soon. Can't wait!
Lovely photos! Hope the cooler temps come your way soon!
lovin' the cool pics! and the lime-garnished drink. :)
