Brush making for Beyond Layers

Hi there! How are you doing today? Are you happy that the week is over and the weekend is here? I am! I have two cookouts we have been invited to; one on Saturday, one on Sunday. Yay! I don't have to cook!

The above photo is of my beloved, Jimmy. The assignment this week for Beyond Layers, is to learn how to make our own text brushes. It was really fun. Kim Klassen really knows how to simplify lessons so that they are easy to understand.

I am going to make a number of brushes soon and will make them available to you for your personal use. I hope  that I will have them completed in a couple of days.

Think of them as Photoshop stamps.

Peace and love,  XOXO

Love what you wrote on Jimmy!
Have never read the verse on your dandelion. Never thought of weeds like that. . . .

Look at your handsome hubs! Great shot of the dandelion--the background colors are incredible. You are learning so much from Kim. Can't wait to see your other stamps. :) Enjoy the food this weekend!

These are so cool!! Love both of these. You've got a knack for them, that's for sure. I'll be posting the one you did for me tomorrow or Sunday.
