What not to do and other things

Okay, Boys and Girls, listen up! Don't make the same mistake that I made here today! It is supposed to say "bee" kind.
Get it?
i have to laugh now, but I had gotten this far; with successfully printing mirror images on transfer paper. And then, I screwed up by putting the word upside down. It was a stupid mistake and you know what that transfer paper costs. Oh well. Live and learn.

And I didn't only make a mistake on one, but on two towels. Ha!
I think I will wander outside and take some flower photos. Maybe i will have better luck.

Please be kind. :o) I am using a close up filter without a tripod and it was a bit breezy. But I really kind of like the dreamy quality. Really it is out of focus. Ha! (Be real, Charlotte)

I just love Nandina berries and so do the birds!

This is the back of a daffodil...graceful.

Daffy petals

Dreaminess

Camellia Buds

Oh, you hussy! I don't know why I am calling it that. Ha!

So pure

Ready to burst

My favorite....Pinky Lee

Has spring made an appearance where you are? We hold our breath here in the south.
We get a taste of spring and then old man winter finally pops up and knocks every flower down. That's just the way it is. But I love the preview, don't you?

May the peace, love and joy of Jesus be with you today and always!

Oh, I am lovin' your flower shots! Love the softness and the Pinky Lee!!! the wind sometime creates wonderful shots.

I know not to hold my breath here in the south, winter is never over till late March. BUT oh! today was wonderful.

Now, the towels; make the bee the top of the towel, sew a cloth loop on one corner at the top. If you want, sew a fabric border at the bottom, this will balance the over all view. (The bee can be facing up or down, I have seen it printed both ways). There you have it, no mistake at all.

Duh, I forgot to say that the word "KIND" can be one of those affirmation words like Peace or Love, Share or Joyful.

Oh, no! Putting the words on backwards sounds like something I would do! What a cute play on words, tho.

So nice to see you posting photos again! I love the one of the berries. It looks really nice enlarged.

You'd think that the plants and trees would realize that Old Man Winter is not quite done yet, but they respond to the warmth, and bloom anyway.

It sure FEELS like spring here in Maryland today. The temperature as I type this is 63 degrees!! That is at least 20 degrees warmer than it should be.
I've seen a few daffodils popping up through the soil already.

Thanks for the lessons in transferring words! The trees and flowering plants are a little confused. Believe it was mid 60s today. Love the flower images. Glad to see you posting Charlotte bee cause I miss you when you don't.

Your flower shots are beautiful. I am so looking forward to spring. We have a few crocuses up, but I know that just because it has been a really mild winter so far, we can still have some ultra cold and blustery weather ahead.

Thank you for visiting my blog, and for commenting that you like my wee little Valentines. :-)

Oh I love it! That you kinda' screwed up and put the word, upside down. You do beautiful work. And the fact that you can make mistakes, and show them... Makes you more human. -grin-

Your photography is very, very lovely. A talented lady, you are.

No spring here, since I'm up in the North East. 'Tis warm-ish today, but who knows what tomorrow will bring. And our winter is never over, this early.

Which is fine with me.

I do complain about dullness of sky and about ice and etc. But while winter walks the land, I don't long for the Wheel Of The Year to turn.

As so many bloggers seem to. Yearn for the next season, I mean.

It has certainly been a mild winter here this year. It will probably cold and windy in Feb. and March to make up for lost time.

Beautiful pictures! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my 5 legged table! I know what you mean about stripping furniture, I will sand quickly but I just hate dealing with chemical strippers! Good luck on your new painting adventures! - Susan

Thanks so much for visiting my blog.
I have enjoyed my trip over here.
Your photography is DELICIOUS!

I love the flowers and can only dream for another 2 or 3 months until we get that!

I'm a photographer wannabe. I can tell I'm going to enjoy myself here.
What kind of camera do you use?
What is your favorite lens?

I had to laugh at your little towels. Sorry. It made my day.

Charlotte, I understand your frustration with the transfers, but I actually love them just the way they are. It's different and it's special!

Your macros are just gorgeous. I love the wonderful softness and colors. The white one is my favorite.

We have had a very mild winter here in NY, but I think spring is still a long way away.

Sending you wishes for a wonderful weekend!
